ACCOUNTS & PASSWORDS
  1. The Company permits only one casino account per household at each of its casinos.
  2. It is the responsibility of the player to keep confidential their account number and password. It is understood that having any third party involved in a player's online casino account is a violation of this agreement.
  3. The player assumes full responsibility and agrees not to hold the Company liable for any losses or damages resulting from the player's failure to keep his account number and password confidential.

BANKING, PRIZES & WINNINGS
  1. Malibu Club Casino will pay a maximum of $/€/AU$ 2 500 (in local supported currency) per week to players that have a single cashin or accumulative cashins over the value of $/€/AU$ 2 500 (in local supported currency).
  2. All eligible withdrawals over $/€/AU$ 2500 have to be cashed out in $/€/AU$ 2500 increments or less. Any cashins requested over $/€/AU$ 2500 will be reversed into a players account until the cashin is cashed out in the correct increments as listed above.
  3. A $/€/AU$ 45 service charge will apply for all withdrawals being processed through Check/Wire.
  4. The casino reserves the right to request any documentation for the purpose of identity verification prior to granting any deposits with or withdrawals from the player's casino account.

  7. All fraudulent or suspicious activity will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies, banks and credit card companies, together with your identity and email address.
  8. Accounts are considered dormant after 180 days of inactivity. After this time period, such a player will be contacted and be advised that the account has been dormant for 180 days and that the casino will revoke the balance on the account within 30 days after the notification unless the player makes contact with the casino. If a player has not received such a notification, and his balance has been revoked, we will gladly reinstate the balance once a written request has been filed by the player and proper identification has been supplied by such player and verified by the casino.
  9. All wagers at Malibu Club Casino must be processed through the user-interface created by the casino. Internet wagering through any other means such as a "robot" player is forbidden. Should the casino find evidence to suggest that non-approved software is being used, the casino reserves the right to deem all such wagers invalid and will cancel your casino account with immediate effect.
  10. In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by the casino will be final.
  11. The onus is on the player to guarantee that any and all information given to the casino is true, complete, correct and recent. Any changes should be communicated to the casino.
